Prayer 1

Dear Father, GOD thank you for your love, grace, power and plans; the gift of salvation and eternal life in Jesus; and, the gift of your wise counsel, comfort, strength, guidance, and Presence from your indwelling Holy Spirit.

Father, as we look across, survey and consider the uniqueness of each region of the Potomac Ministry Network, we look to you the author and finisher of our faith. We are confident in your promises and trust that You are the One who hears, sees, and answers.

We believe that You will bring revival, renewal, reconciliation, restoration, relationship, reaping and refreshing. God, we welcome Your Holy Spirit poured out on all flesh and your indwelling for dreams, visions, plans and strategies for West Virginia, Virginia, Washington, D.C. Maryland.

Prayer 2

God, You are God alone, there is no other. Holy, Righteous, Worthy, True, Merciful, Loving, Compassionate and filled with Grace. Oh, how we love your presence and our time together. Thank you for caring enough to send your Son to redeem and reconcile. Thank you for your Holy Spirit who dwells within, empowers, trains, reminds, quickens and ushers into your throne room filled with wonder and majesty and the prayers of your people.

God, help us to hear, see, and comprehend your heartbeat, your path,  your plans to rescue, save, redeem, attend to the needs of the individual, the families, the tribes, the communities, the nations, the laborers, the leaders, the poor, the rejected, the children, the widow, the elderly, the disabled (by worldly standards).

2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, who are called by my name, would humble themselves and pray, repent, turn from their wicked ways and seek my face, then I will hear from heaven and heal their land.

Praying Psalm 103:1-3, 4-8

Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul,  and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sinsand heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed. He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel:  The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.

I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.
And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.

Ephesians 1:17 – 23
